If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after reciept, please get in touch.

• For ready made pieces, I will accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will be refunded the original price of the jewellery upon me recieving the item back. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to arrange the return.
• I do not accept earring returns for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
• For custom made/ Made to order pieces I cannot accept returns unless the Jewellery arrives faulty or damaged.
• I am happy to exchange pieces as long as you cover the extra shipping costs.

Please check your ring size before ordering to avoid disappointment.
