About me

Hello! 

My name is Lily Willow, I am an Artist and Jewellery maker based in Mid Wales.

All of my Jewellery is designed and made by me, by hand in my studio. I'm based in Machynlleth, which is a small but vibrant market town, with a growing independent craft scene. The town is situated in the heart of the Dyfi Valley, which is an abundant green place just on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. 

My Jewellery is inspired by the natural world, history, travel and mythology. I seek to create beautiful things that will be treasured and loved for many years.

I studied in Bristol and graduated with a BA Hons in Drawing and Applied Arts. During my degree I explored lots of different techniques and processes, but it was after I graduated that I began playing with metal to create Jewellery. Over the years I have been lucky enough to gain skills from various Jewelers, and attended a summer course in Birmingham where I learnt a lot about the craft. There are always new processes to learn and skills to hone and that is one of the things that I love that about this craft!
