• Budget, it's really helpful for me to know what your budget is before we get started on the design. This will determine the materials used and the overall outcomes achievable. 
• Style and themes: consider looking at some of my previous commissions to get an idea of my style. I will never copy someone else's work, but it's helpful to see a mood board of styles and pieces you like! 
• Who is it for? If you are buying a ring for someone else and you don't know their size - get in touch and we can try and work around this. 
• Timescale - bespoke pieces can take longer than made to order purchases, this is because of the nature of designing something new, sourcing materials etc, please allow a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks for your piece to be completed and shipped to you. 

Making a booking:

• Once we have discussed budget and initial ideas, I will ask you for a 50% deposit on your piece - (this is to secure the booking and to cover material costs). 
• I will keep in touch throughout the designing process and we can make any adjustments you like before we agree on a final design. Once we have agreed on the final design, I wont be able to make changes to the piece after I have started making it - so please bare this in mind before confirming. 
• Once the piece is complete I will send you the invoice for the remainder of the cost and your piece will be shipped as soon as this has been paid. 

Refunds & returns

If your Jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and I will arrange for it to be sent back to me to be repaired or re-placed. If you change your mind about the piece, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and we can discuss a solution, I want my customers to be happy and satisfied with their Jewellery.
